Feeding Instruction:

For many species, nuts represent a large part of their diet. Our high-quality nut variations can be fed as a supplement to our Vital Pellets and are suitable for all parrots and parakeets. Store the nuts always, dark and cool in our resealable pack. Fresh water and appropriate hygiene at the feeding place must always be ensured.

For some species, nuts constitute a major part of their diet.

The following types should therefore receive our nut mixture every day in addition to the Vital Pellets:

African parrots: African grey Parrots, Poicephalus species (Senegal Parrots etc.)

Australian Parrots: Eclectus Parrots, Palm Cockatoo, Black Cockatoos.

South American Parrots & Parakeets: Macaws, Pionites, Golden Conure,

Asian Parrots & Parakeets:  Ring-necked Parakeet, Moluccan Cockatoo, Solomon Cockatoo, White-crested Cockatoo, Orange-crested Cockatoo, Sulphur-crested Cockatoo, Spectacled Cockatoo

Storing the feed:

We used resealable bags to keep our nuts fresh. You can also store the nuts in a feed bucket with the lid closed. Protect them from direct sunlight, excessive heat (+18 degrees) and all kinds of pests.

You can find the current best-before date on our packaging.
